ROSEBy bidding on this auction you, the bidder/buyer, are accepting all terms, conditions and policies in this listingthis listing is for a rare 1st edition antique copy of jewelry making and design by august f. rose and antonio cirino. it was published by the davis press in 1917 making it a true antique over 100 years old. the book is being offered "as is".the book has many black and white pictures and plates of jewelry, design and making. there are a few color plates. the book 463 pages, is 9.5 x 6.5 x 1.5 inches.the covers are in fair condition. the edges show wear and the corners are bumped. the gold title on the front cover and the spine is very faded. there is soiling on the covers. the front cover has come almost completely apart from the spine. the pages are supple and tight in the spine EXCEPT FOR the very front section-front cover pages, title page and table of contents page. there is also one loose onion skin page that covers a plate. there are several small bookworm holes in the loose section.thumbing through the book i did not notice any writing, highlighting, folded corners. there is some foxing on various pages.
