Description: I got this record signed by GG Allin on 05/27/1993. Surprisingly, an in-store appearance had been scheduled for the short-lived Roundhouse Records store on Hawthorne Blvd. in Portland. I knew the store-owner, (my friend Pete), and lived less than two blocks away at the time. That info is only relevant, because although a lot of people initially showed up for the in-store signing at the scheduled time...GG didn't. Not even close...he showed up 3 hours late, and was pissed that there were only a few stragglers left at the store when he finally came. Many who were there earlier had been wondering if he would actually show for the gig later, and over time people slowly gave up and left the store. When he did show up, the store-owner phoned me (on the land line!) and let me know he had finally showed. I don't know who had mis-communicated, or what had happened, but when I walked in the stragglers were already walking out, and I saw a very angry looking GG sitting behind the counter that had been set-up, but with no one waiting. I decided it probably be best if I didn't offer up any small talk, and just answer any questions he might have for me. Since even in 1993 the two singles I was getting him to sign were already very, very rare, I thought he might say something. But he just looked at them, looked at me, signed them and handed them back. I said "Thank you" and was just so glad he hadn't decided to spontaneously take out his frustration on them (or me!) I said to them as I ran out "See you tonight", and I did. That is a much longer, wild story, for which this is not the venue. But now these two highly sought after (7")'s are up for (separate) eBay auctions, and could be yours! Condition:The record plays a strong VG+ on the A-Side and NM on the b-Side (overall EX). The autographed paper sleeve is also EX.
