It's a mohair and felt, yes no monkey animal in the pictures. Use the wire tail to move his head from side to side and his torso back and forth . A really unique old piece in excellent shape. Very well taken care of. Circa 1950s era, maybe older, hard to tell. 10 inches tall. Eyes appear to be a plastic material. One small hole at the tip of one felt foot where the end of the wire can be seen, otherwise, really no wear. Zoom in for details.
