Description: Here we have an extremely rare hardcover book, Women of Distinction in Jamaica (a record of career women in Jamaica, their background, service and achievements.) Edited by Henry A Guy and Lavern Bailey. (Caribbean Herald, 1977.) We judge it to be in overall poor to acceptable vintage condition, but with no funky odors, and nothing sticky or gross. Well-worn cover with area over spine separated and falling off. (Update: cloth cover over spine has completely since photos were taken. -- see updated, last photo.) No pages separated or loosened from the spine, however. Light soiling from dirty hands on interior pages but, once again, nothing sticky or gross. Dirt has become one with the pages, so you won't feel a thing. No writing or marks, with the exception of the dedication in the front matter. Please see photos for details.
