His head is also floppy, so it will need to be supported just like a real baby. Acrylic air-dry paints were applied in multiple layers to give a true-to-life 3D skin tone with attention to delicate just below the surface veining and other infant subtleties. He also has sealed and manicured fingers and toenails with a light gloss.
