(The average time frame is 1-2 business days for completion depending on current volume) Step 4: Once the device has been repaired we will pay for the shipping back to your location. The shipping address we will use will be the one provided on eBay with the original purchase of the service unless told otherwise. Step 5: Repaired! Enjoy your fixed Samsung Galaxy. If for some reason the device cannot be repaired due to extensive damage, we offer a full refund with the exception of the return shipping costs of the device. We also stand by our work. If a device has problems with the same component within 6 months we will offer a warranty repair service for free with the exception of the shipping costs it takes to get the device here.
