ABOUT SANFORD MIRADO CLASSIC 2HB: The “Sanford” branded version of the late 1990’s was one of the best made 2HB pencils in the USA just before production moved to Mexico. They are of higher quality. The “old” pencil days, a gold colored pencil - considered to be the top line model from a pencil manufacturer.
