I purchased this item new, but I never installed it on my regulator or used it on any dives because I changed computers shortly after I purchased it. Condition details:You can see three small scuffs to the knurled grip finish as indicated by the arrows in the photos, but these are only cosmetic and are from the soft brass being scraped by something in my save-a-dive kit where this adapter has been stored. The threads and bayonet quick disconnect are all in excellent condition and undamaged (see photos for details).
