Purchase the amount of carbs you need serviced, 1 for single carb, 2 for double carb, etc, in your buyers notes please add your year, make, model and any modifications you have if any or just let us know if its stock. Also include this along with your return shipping info in your package. We will then message you our shipping address, you are responsible for shipping your carb(s) to us, please pack it well, we typically turn around your carb and ship back within 2 business days. We use only OEM Mikuni parts, and we stock absolutely everything for all Mikuni SBN carbs in bulk, from seals and o-rings to hardware and covers. Our process starts off with visual inspection then a basic cleaning in a heated parts washer on the externals. We then record pop off pressures, and all current settings, then look for obvious issues under the covers. Fuel pumps and covers are removed and inspected for issues, then broken down completely, all old o-rings, gaskets, seals and diaphragms, check valves and plastics are discarded, we clean all internal surfaces and smooth/sand external surfaces, flat sand and check pump bodies, covers and plates for true, and then run for a minimum of an hour through an industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine with heated solution, internal and external corrosion is removed completely After a rinse and blow dry, we flow test the bodies themselves, check your jetting, polish or replace seats and jets that are out of spec, we then replace internal filters and clean inlet and outlet ports. Accelerator pump diaphragm replaced and housing cleaned/tested. Pop off spring is replaced, lever arm adjusted and replaced, clean, polish and replace your needle and seat if out of spec.Replace the diaphragm, high speed check valves, pump check valves, internal gaskets and seals, polish adjuster needles, replace fuel lines. Pop off test and vacuum test your valve and pump(s) Pressure check the bodies to verify no leaks.Lastly we return your carbs to factory settings and assemble with all new oem kits and parts.Shafts, pivot points and springs are greased and checked for function, hoses installed with new, carbs and cards packed and shipped. We replace ALL internal gaskets, filters, check valves, filters, O-rings, etc. We never pick and choose, its all or nothing, the only things that are ever reused are the hard parts like metal fittings, adjusters, and so on. We are not looking to maximize parts savings and skimp where we think we can get away with it, its all or nothing on wear items when we build carbs. We can do custom builds as well, spec and jet for aftermarket flame arrestors, high comp heads, and so on, but you will need to contact us to discuss any extras or special considerations before purchase. We use nothing but OEM Mikuni parts made in Japan, we have rebuilt thousands of carb racks over the years, both Mikuni and Keihin, and never settle for less than OEM as it is never worth it and normally causes more, or new issues. Some things to keep in mind, chances are you have old gray tempo lines on your machine, look at the fittings, you will see them bleeding a green goo where they connect to the carbs or filters, this is causing issues for your carbs, your fuel lines and filters should be replaced before you put the rebuilt carbs back on your machine, now is the time to replace all your old and stiff oem oil lines as well as replace your intake gaskets and seals, inspect your reeds or rotary valves, etc, we can provide help as needed on this stuff as well.
