This is a lovely little compact edition for on the go devotion. Please look at the certification page if that is important to you. The language of the 1928 Book of Common Prayer truly is remarkable and worthy of at least investigation for those desiring to enrich their life in prayer and worship. The typeface is highly readable, especially considering its size. This is aided by superior paper quality that what you will find in modern editions. The pictures should make this clear. I was struck by how white the paper was. It has beautiful page edge gilding has almost no scratches and looks almost untouched. There is writing on two blank intro pages. It’s a beautiful edition with flexible, genuine leather. The binding is in NOS condition. The box has a few abrasions, but overall in sound condition.
