Description: Vintage Dollhouse Artist Signed Kitchen Sink signature reads P and I believe the last name is Buchanan(having a hard time reading) 1976 on the back. See close ups. It is in good displayable condition has some flaws from age, and how it was originally made since it is handmade however no major damage. The most noticeable to me is the drawer when closed is on an slant angle this is from how it was made. The door has a very slight angle also when closed see close ups to see what I am referring to. No broken parts. There is minor nick marks and ding marks. Most noticeable along edge see close ups. Minor wear and minor scratches. It needs to be polished especially in crevices as I did not clean as I did not want to hurt the wood. Measurements are in photos. Photos are in natural sunlight so you can see the items condition clearly and how it would display. It is a nice display piece in my opinion. I unfortunately had to change my handling time to 4 to 5 business days. I still ship quickly. However with the current condition of the post office and the slow down of the mail they are already holding packages for several days without any tracking scan acknowledgements. Please note I stay on top of all tracking numbers and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in this frustrating situation. I just want my customers to know there will be delivery delays.
