Size on belt is 42, but check ALL of the following measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, compare to one of your own belts as these belts run smaller than than your actual waist size: Measures 47.5 inches long including the buckle and has 5 notch holes. Measures 41.5 inches to the first notch hole and 45 inches to the last notch hole (including buckle.) It would likely fit a size 39-40 inch waist the best.
