Description: Please see pictures for condition. Item has normal wear from use and handling. The piece measures approximately 11-5/8" long x 11-5/8" wide and 7-3/4" tall at the top of the cross bar. There are some chips in the wood on the bottom (pictured). The top wood plate also has a chip in one corner (can be seen in pictures). The item had been stored with tape so the piece was sanded in some areas to remove residue. There is also marker writing on several spots of the piece. The cardboard and paper are present with some stiaing from use. The hand screw will be removed for shipping, please note it squeaks when first screwing it back into the cross bar. Solid and well made item to use.
