Your order will be dispatched 1-2 working days (Unless otherwise stated), it will be delivered by Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD. Our international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail (for smaller items) and DPD, UPS or TNT (for larger items). When ordering from overseas, you may be subject to import charges and taxes which are levied once an order reaches your country. Any charges for duty and/or tax clearance must be paid by you (the buyer). We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 90-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. The returned product is unused, in its original (unopened) packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition of a new product.
