There is some scratches to the housing with some deep scratches on the top. The cover is also missing one of the brackets. This causes the lid to have to be removed for accessing the CD tray as it will not stay up with only one support. The CD carousel works, but will occasionally get stuck and not be able to switch discs. If you power off the unit and power it back on it will work again. No remote included. See pictures for details.
