Description: Green Teletubbie 17" TALKING Dipsy Plush Doll 1998 By Playskool In researching this doll I learned the following: DIPSY (played by John Simmit) is the second Teletubby. He is green and is named "Dipsy" because his antenna resembles a dipstick. Dipsy is the most stubborn of the Teletubbies, and will sometimes refuse to go along with the other Teletubbies' group opinion. His face is notably darker than the rest of the Teletubbies, and the creators have stated that he is Black. FLAW This little guy does have a small flaw. He has a few little marks on his face. I attempted to remove them. They lightened but are still there, perhaps you will be able to clean them off. They appeared to have been pen marks. I washed and dried Dipsy. He is clean and ready to be loved. His voice box is loud and he has a lot to say. I will remove his batteries (3 x AAA) so he doesn't talk all the way to your home.
