Although it is impossible to drive the complete perimeter of the district, all the sites can be approached by car. Because of the stairway at the end of Canyon Road, it is necessary to backtrack Canyon Road to Second Avenue (one way east). One of the most stirring vistas of the LDS Temple occurs on the westward drive along First Avenue. As F Street is approached two spires of the temple can be seen on the western horizon, framed by the rows of houses on either side of the street. Climbing the rise to B Street the spires momentarily sink only to reappear as the temple seem to lift out of the ground until it stands completely revealed." These media shipping boxes are designed to conform to the size of the book, securing it and preventing it from bumping around during shipping. The end result is a box which provides a double thickness of cardboard covering the front and back of the book; actually almost like a box within a box. The outer layer of cardboard extends beyond the ends of the inner "box" which very efficiently protects the corners of the book from being bumped and damaged by the sometimes rough handling packages receive in transit. In addition we place the book in a plastic bag to help guard against moisture if a package is left out in the elements.Delivery:We aim to get all books shipped within 24 hours of order except on weekends. We can't control the delivery time once a book leaves our hands, but most of the time USPS is prompt in delivery, and the expected delivery time given by eBay is usually fairly accurate.
