It was torn and would not automatically pop up. You can't see the tape, but it does affect the speed and strength of the popping up. Also, one of the smaller pops has come unmoored from its page and does not pop up correctly. Lower than normal price reflects the damage. MEDIA MAIL - slower but cheaper, no insurance.
