Description: This auction is for The Marvel Family issue 47 from 1950 in G condition. This is an oldie featuring the members of the Marvel Family including the original Captain Marvel (later known more as Shazam), Captain Marvel Jr and Mary Marvel. Also features a flying saucer on the cover! The cover has a long crease down the middle right side of the book, a significant chip out of the lower right side, lots of spine stress marks, a cover date written in pencil in the ‘T’ and a pretty major spine split along the bottom. The back cover has significant creases as well. The pages are an Owl Card off white, but oh so close to white! There is a name stamp and a pen mark of the letter ‘s’ on the first interior page. The book is still completely attached with no clipped coupons or missing pages! Shipping is $6 for USPS Ground Advantage mail.
