It comes with one decorative pillow cover with a white zipper. Pillow not included. The pillow cover laying flat is 18.25 " x17". It has never been used, and therefore never washed, so it may be a bit darker than the couch cover. The cover is made of the same fabric as the couch cover. It also comes with 8 brand new foam thingeys that you are supposed to use to push down in the creases to hold the fabric on the couch better. I have never used them, but I will include them in case you want to. There are also some strings attached to the cover that I guess you are supposed to tie it onto the couch with, but I never used those either. The fabric is very soft.
