The spine has a severe crease down the middle and the overall text is slanted back to front. There is some staining on the page edges and wear on the corners of the cover. Overall this is a beautiful volume that would be a jewel in any book collection. 351 pages His Own People was published by Doubleday in 1907. Illustrated by Lawrence Mazzanovich and F.R. Gruger, decorated by Wm. St. John Harper. Some cover wear and marks. Front hinge starting to crack.
