This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/dangling/missing - edges rough in many areas); edge indents/nicks (tears exist and two are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss/surface damage exist); no holes that I could see; pieces missing due to very heavy wear/damage.
