This note is circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas and folded-over in some areas); edge indents/nicks (some tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist - the back of the note appears scraped resulting in paper thinning); no holes that I could see; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
