Description: White matte finish Nelson McCoy double handled vase with raised flower and leaf pattern. Marked with Nelson McCoy impressed stamp. Approximately 8.5” tall, 5.25” across and 4” opening. Heavily crazed. Small chip on one of the raised leaves - enlarge photo 1 and see closeup on last photo. Dark line is a very thin “crack”. (see photos 13 & 14). It doesn’t go all the way through and can barely be felt with a fingernail. Photos and 3 & 8. Some pit marks (photo 15) original to the piece. It looks as if it has color but I believe that is the base vase color coming through. I may be mistaken - please let me know if I’m incorrect. This vase definitely has had a life. It is 80 years old after all! But for those that collect this is a great piece to add to you collection. Please look at photos carefully as they are part of the items’ description.
