The carrier says "frosty, man, frosty!" and "Enjoy Frosty Pep and Ice cream". "Frosty Pep" was a nickname given to a frosty cold Dr Pepper. The size of each compartment is 2 1/4" by 2 1/4". Slightly used but in nice condition for your vintage soda display.
