It is #117 in a series called "Karten vom Rhein" (postcards from the Rhine). The publisher is "von Hoursch & Bechstedt" located in Cologne (Köln), and the painter's name is Nicolai Astudin (1848 - 1925). The translation of the text, which sounds like verses from a drinking song: "The journey now takes us to Bacharach, to Bacharach on the Rhine, where I know a quiet, cozy drinking chamber underneath a vine roof in Bacharach, in Bacharach, in Bacharach on the Rhine".
