Technically fully working. Optically it is in good to very good condition with minor signs of use. There are a few tiny scratches and marks, mainly in areas where they will not visible when mounted. Please see pics and judge yourself. Marked 120mm and 93 (year?). I measure about 25.8mm handlebar clamp diameter. It is for 1" forks (I measure about 22.2mm at the shaft). Plastic cover included.
