Description: Here is a nice vintage Airguide brand compass that looks like it was made back in the 60's or 70's.It is used. The silver painted upper body has scratches and splotchy aging. The rest of the compass is pretty nice.This compass knows North and the globe is nice and full of fluid. There are compensation adjustments on the bottom to fine tune it once it is mounted in your vehicle.The battery chamber is clean and appears to have the factory dunnage in it, so it's probably never had a battery in it. I did not attempt to install a battery. I don't even know if they still make a battery that fit this. It is supposed to illuminate when you push the momentary button on the front.This is made to be mounted in your vehicle using a screw, which is not included. The mounting arm is in nice condition with firm adjusters that are not worn out.Take a look at all the pictures. Then buy it.
