Vintage Antique Remington UMC Brass Easy Open Jack Pocket Knife

Description: This vintage pocket knife from Remington UMC is a unique addition to any collection. Made in the 1920-40s, it features a brass handle and two pen/spear point blades made of carbon steel, with a plain edge. The knife is ambidextrous and opens manually with a slipjoint lock type. In addition to being a great collector's item, this knife is also a functional tool. Its medium size, 3.625 inches, makes it easy to carry in your pocket. Please note that this item is original and authentic, and its vintage condition adds to its charm. I wiped the knife down once with Case Paste, other than that it is as i received it. You can see some of the paste in the photos. The main blade has been "tipped" and has wear from sharpening. The pen has wear from sharpening also. Both tang stamps are very hard to read with the naked eye. Main blade has a light snap, the pen blade is super light at time other times lazy. The 1/2 stop safety works good on both blades. Handles have light dings and scratches, i applied the paste to remove the tarnish mainly to show the light infractions to the handles. Little oiling deep polishing would make a nice USA authentic everyday carry.
