It is vintage and it is definitely smaller (in my opinion) than a modern day adult medium. Absolutely smaller than a modern day men’s medium. Graphics say COUGAR BASKETBALL CAMP. MEASUREMENTS: Armpit to armpit across chest is 16 1/4”. Shoulder to shoulder (estimate as there is no actual shoulder seam) is 15 1/4”. Shoulder to hem (estimate as there is no actual shoulder seam) is 23 5/8”. Armpit seam to hem is 14 1/4”. Armpit seam to end of sleeve is 5 1/2”. End of sleeve measures 5 7/8” from side to side. Estimate circa 1980s. This is a short sleeve raglan with two stripes on each sleeve. Could be worn by him or her (depending on your style).
