Description: I have been selling vintage postcards for a long time and must admit I have never seen one of these postcards never mind with the original envelope included . This vintage postcard is a College Girl . This colorful card is Vassar . Card shows a pretty girl holding a Vassar flag with a V in the corner . This card is perforated . The envelope states that this card is “ Latest Novelty Picture Puzzle Postcard “ and states that a patent was applied for . One would write a message on card back and then break postcard apart and then mail in the envelope . In order to read the message and see the picture postcard one must put the puzzle together . A novel idea but I don’t think it caught on much as I don’t see an abundance of these cards . This card is in very good unused condition and from some others dates about 1907 . Envelope has a little bit of wear and light soil . I have others of these unique cards found in a box of old store stock postcards . I will combine shipping . Please email any questions .
