Description: Vintage Desimone Hand Painted Italian Pottery Pasta Bowl Asterisk For your consideration is this vintage Desimone Italy hand painted pottery pasta/soup/salad bowl. Asterisk/star bowl has a hairline coming down from the edge with some very slight ceramic/glaze loss at the top which is how I noticed it. I believe the actually hairline is quite small - like 1/4”, and the longer line you see on the exterior is a craze line in the glaze that extended from the hairline. I can’t be 100% sure though, so please see pics and decide on your comfort level. I don’t think it should affect use if gently used/minded. Bowl also has some crazing mostly visible in the white and yellow interior. It measures 7-7/8” diameter x 2” deep at edges. See pics. It will weigh about 1-2 lbs packed safely. Thank you!
