Description: These small key chains were very popular over the years. They were a promotion by the Disabled Veterans for donations. You received these in the mail and they had the license plate number of your vehicle. You placed them on your key ring and if you happened to lose your keys, postage was guaranteed for return to you if and when they were found. They must have had to go through DMV for this to happen.
