It has a clamp clasp closure with metal wrap around at the bag closure. The handle is a lucite plastic material. From the 1960’s. -Bag is 9.25in long/5.25in tall/6in wide/4.5in widex3in tall handle. *there is some discoloration to a few spots, especially on the back & seam. The metal is also scratched and you can see some glue residue. Aged wear mostly-gives it character!!
