Description: Vintage Florenza Vanity Accessory Jeweled Miniature Picture Frame Double Locket Hollywood Regency Desk Accessory This vintage Florenza picture frame is small and comes in the form of a locket except instead of closing, the locket is set open on a stand adorned with faux pearls and rhinestones. This is a beautiful piece created by a company called Florenza, founded in the late 1950's and closed in 1981, and named after the wife of the owner Dan Kasoff. This piece was probably created in the early part of the company's run, and in a Victorian style, influenced by Hollywood and the love of all things ornate and elegant and older. There is some wear, including missing plastic cover over the right photo, and the center rectangular glass rhinestone, which is brown yellow, has some of the gold paint or foil on the back coming off. Great vintage accessory for the old fashioned person who loves old style vanities. Measures 1-5/8" tall by 2-1/4" wide and about 2-1/4" deep. Frames are each about 1-1/2" tall (less showing through the frame) by just over 1" wide. The gold tone metal has some tarnish but otherwise in good condition. All 4 faux pearls are in place, as well as 8 clear rhinestones. Beautiful treasure from the past.
