Description: This is Fraser Creations Countryside Collection "Smuggler's Cove". There is lots of detail in this small piece - a fishing boat is in the cove awaiting the smugglers. It measures 3 1/2" in height, 2 3/4" in depth and 2 1/2" in length and is heavy for its smaller size. It was issued in 1989 and is retired. It was handmade in Scotland. There are a couple of small chips near the top: On the purple flowers cascading down the side; Near bottom of red flowers coming down from the roof; and first tile, second row near the second window. Because of the grayish tone of the rock formation, the chips tend to fade; there are very small chips to the greenery around the top. Unfortunately we do not have the original box but comes with a box. A perfect piece for an N scale train layout or Department 56 village with a water display.
