Description: Off Limits! GI Souvenir Handkerchief from 1954 Germany. This item has been stored in a book for a very long time so is in pristine condition. There are a few places that needed ironed out but will let the new owner take care of those. The fringe looks to be perfect. I believe it's silk with a silkscreened design but am buy no means an expert. Not including the fringe, the piece measures approximately 8 1/4" wide by 9" high.
