Vintage quality item with that pricing.The other item is dated 1997 by Advance International inc. as noted on label along with 20 ft. wire garland. Unused with label still attached and is made of the wire with the flimsy plastic black spider pieces as shown in photos. Original price label of .68 cents when purchased over 27 years ago. There will be pieces that can fall off when unrolling, etc. from handling and can easily be reapplied with a touch of glue.
