Description: Sculptural woven fish basket made of thin rattan or some sort of reeds. This traditional style of trap comes from Indonesia and has a handwoven, perfectly imperfect style. Looks antique or vintage, but I do not know the age. Asymmetrical in shape, with some variations on the width between rows and a somewhat worn finish. All adds to the handcrafted feel. Just over 16” tall and about 12” wide. Great for turning into a pendant light!
