To the best of my knowledge the bottom part appears to be nylon, the lacy top part is a different material, it has some give/stretch. Please use measurement provided to ensure best fit: Armpit to Armpit - 14"Shoulder to Hem - 44"Waist to Hem -24" This is in overall very good used vintage condition, no tears, stains.
