Lightweight gold tone metal adjustable ring with embossed hand with torch on one side & scales on the other, plus laurel wreath and stars on the top. Red plastic back. Intact flashlight bulb on top. It is missing its original battery and connecting wire. Ring is is very good vintage condition, minor signs of wear appropriate to its age including very light discoloration to the metal finish (please see photos)
