Description: New, Vintage Revlon Expert Manicure set. Professional results, quickly and effortlessly. The set consists of 1 regular nail file, a metal nail file, tweezers and nail clippers. They come in a plastic box and on the back of the box it states, Made in Italy. Comes with the instructions. Most of my items are vintage in nature and I have had for years. I describe my items the best I can based on my ability. I am not a dealer and selling only from my private collection. If you have any questions, please ask. If I am off the next day, I will ship then. Of course, payment has to be received first. All items are inspected prior to packing.
