Description: Here is a Vintage Ornate Cast Iron Flag Pole Stand made by the Annin Corporation of New York. The manufacturer's name is in raised letters on the underside. Used in courthouses, school houses and businesses. Annien, still in business today, started selling flags and flag related items in 1847. This unit has two working thumbscrews to hold a flagpole in place. It is in original, unrestored condition. There is surface rust and it has not been cleaned.
