Description: Back in the 1960s when it seems like everyone, including gas stations, got into the recipe business, Public Service Company of Colorado produced monthly "Tested Recipes" booklets for customers that had recipes on one side and energy information and tips on the other. They also released at least two annual holiday recipe books. This lot of 21 items includes: - 13 folded and stamped "Tested Recipes" booklets (only one has the year, May 1964)- 1 folded and stamped "Recipes for the Holiday Season"- 5 unfolded "Tested Recipes" sheets dated Nov 1959, Dec 1959, Feb 1960, Mar 1960, Apr 1960 - "Christmas Recipes" book, Dec. 1964- "An Old Fashioned Christmas Cookbook" book, 1965 Condition varies. In good condition. Some of the booklets have stains or yellowing. Books are in very good condition with no writing, tears or missing pages. A unique find for the vintage recipe book collector or Public Service Company collector.
