Description: Vintage 1970 Salesman Sample Letter & Secret Spy Pen Toy NOS. I purchased toys from a man who as a Toy Sales Rep. in the 60's. People sent him toys that they wanted his company to purchase. This was one of the toys. The letter was folded around the Pens. The packaging was not attached, just in the envelope.
