Vintage Sconce VV Vianne France Gold Gilt Globe RARE Fixture made Portugal NOS

Description: This is without a doubt the most beautiful sconce I have ever seen in my life The metal base is quite ornate and it is made in Portugal. It is stamped on the bottom Portugal and has a metal tag that says made in Portugal. In and of itself this sconce base is beautiful, However it is really the globe that is so spectacular. This glass globe Has its original sticker on it and was made in France by the VV Vianne glass factory. The center section of the globe has gold design on it and the top and bottom have a textural effect to it that I have not seen before. The glass company went out of business years ago and I did reach out to the company who purchased all of their existing stock and they said that they have never seen this globe. It was possibly made for the company in Portugal. Quite a rare find. New old stock I do not know if it will need rewiring. Please see the photos for condition and size
