Description: Here we have a vintage Shakespeare Deluxe #1335 9 1/2’ split bamboo fly rod. I could only find this rod in the 1927 catalog. It was listed as #1335 B. B for Bass and other large game fish. Catalog lists weight as 6oz. It is stamped on the reel seat ring. I believe it has been restored sometime way in the past 97 years. Branding on rod shaft no longer are there. 3pc,1 tip and cloth bag . Tip looks to be about 1” short. No idea if it hub been broken in the past or original. Would be a great addition to your collection. 1937 was the only catalog I could find this rod so possibly a 1 yr model. Rare then. Would be a great restoration project also.
