Description: Vintage Shakespeare Wonderod Push Button Fishing Rod PB-B-120L 6’0” This is a vintage Push Button bait casting Shakespeare Wonderod. Two-piece design model #PB-B-120L. The rod is 6’0” in length and weighs 6.65 oz. Standard Taper design for all purpose use. Rod will handle monofilament line weights of 4-8 lb. test and lure weights of 1/8-1/2 oz. Rod dates to May 1969. Rod has a 4 3/4” specie cork rear grip with black plastic butt cap, 4 1/2” green enameled screw locking double offset TRU-Aim reel seat, and 2 3/4” specie cork foregrip. Stainless steel hookeeper is an addition to the rod. Rod has five (5) “new/old stock” stainless steel spinning guides and a “new/old stock” stainless tip top. Rolled and welted nickeled brass ferrules. Blade is Wonderod white with dark green nylon guide winds extended. Specie cork has been cleaned, reconditioned and sealed. Reel seat has been repainted and clear coated. Rod is finished with a premium grade of glass rod varnish. Rod sections pack separately in clear plastic rod sleeves enclosed in a heavy fiber shipping tube for protection. Rod ships UPS Ground.
