The design is a beaded border with a decoration at the top . If there are white or dark spots on my photos, it is camera flash or reflection of background unless noted otherwise, not an imperfection. This charm is marked Sterling on the back. There is engraving on the back of this heart charm. The back of the charm has been engraved by an amateur with the name "Mack". The charm is in good condition, with no dings or dents. The heart charm measures approximately 5/8" across in size. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT COMPUTER MONITORS ARE NOT ALL CALIBRATED ALIKE.
