Description: Vintage Thames Ceramic Clown Decanter Hand Painted Japan (no glasses). It measures approximately 11 1/2" long. Unfortunately the cork is half broken off and is still in the decanter. The red wood cork sits on the hat but it not snug. The are a few chips in the paint as pictured. There is crazing throughout. They are no glasses.
